Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products and the hand-painted detailing on each garment, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns for refunds, store credit, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Exchanges & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@loraluve.com.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.


Final Sale Items

All items marked as Final Sale, including but not limited to lingerie, intimates, lounge sets, and accessories, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Changes & Cancellations
